Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, CrossFit, and cycling—whether on the road, the trails, or a motorcycle.
Andrew ASHER
As President of Steadfast General Contractors, Andrew brings expertise in high-end residential construction. With a background managing multimillion-dollar projects, he has overseen luxury estate builds, working alongside world-renowned designers and discerning clients. His sharp eye for detail, strategic planning skills, and dynamic approach ensure that every project is executed at the highest level.
Before joining Steadfast, Andrew managed large-scale custom estate projects and led real estate acquisitions and development initiatives, honing his expertise in construction management, investment strategy, and relationship building. His well-rounded experience allows him to navigate complex projects with precision and efficiency.
Andrew holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of San Diego and is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, and spending time with his wife and their beautiful twin girls.
SARAH LINDERMAN
As Chief Operating Officer of Steadfast General Contractors, Sarah brings a sharp eye for detail, precision, and efficiency to complex projects. She oversees back-office operations, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and expectations are consistently met.
Sarah began her career in project management, gaining valuable experience on job sites before moving into operations leadership. Her hands-on knowledge of both the field and the office allows her to keep operations running smoothly and projects on track.
She holds a degree in Pharmacology and a minor in French from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her analytical background equips her to manage the fast-paced demands of luxury residential construction. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, running, and spending time with her husband and their dog.
